To advance homeownership opportunities for low-moderate income families and individuals through education, individual counseling, lending and lending support. To provide support and training services to non-profit organizations fostering equal access and homeownership opportunities to persons of all races, national origins and income levels, and to empower homebuyers, homeowners and the agencies which support them in order to foster and enhance homeownership through building coalitions and affiliations.

- Reverse mortgage counseling support for our partner agencies
- Individual counselor training for existing organizations
- Provide on-site housing counseling to organizations that do not have that capacity or need to temporarily increase their own capacity.
- Local housing roundtables to share combined knowledge and strategize for future initiatives
- Regional roundtables to cross-pollinate ideas and train agencies on the loan products available to their clients .
- Development of a non-profit mortgage bank which will finance homeownership opportunities through our partners.
