Move AHEAD © – prepares low and moderate income individuals for homeownership through individual counseling and workshops. This project often works in conjunction with the affordable homeownership developed by our partners.
Topics covered include basic banking, budgeting, credit repair and rebuilding, renting vs. owning, shopping for a home, working with Realtors, mortgage options and avoiding predatory lenders.

On-site homeownership counseling
CHAMPS – Creating Homeownership Affordability in Manufactured-Housing Parks - Assisting manufactured homeowners to move from pad rental to cooperative resident ownership of manufactured-housing parks. The project seeks greater access to standard financing and inclusion of one of the most widely available forms of unsubsidized affordable homeownership.
Organize residents into ownership cooperatives
Provide support and leadership in developing and implementing communities.

Provide technical assistance, development, management and lending products in conjunction with private investors.
Ultimately achieve greater financial stability and equity building opportunities for manufactured housing communities.
The Fair Mortgage™ Collaborative – a national collaboration of non-profit residential loan brokerage companies. The goal of this project is to increase the volume of fair mortgages made under a unified national fair mortgage brand in order to directly compete and displace predatory mortgage brokers.
