ALL AHEAD
is a comprehensive housing counseling program that provides services to non-profit and for profit counseling organizations and provides direct loan counseling to individuals and families. Our management and counseling staff possess substantial experience in providing all types and versions of loan counseling that result in meeting general and specific loan product requirements. We possess varied homeownership and special needs housing project development and finance experience and can support the integration of organizational mission and needs with specific project and program development.

ALL AHEAD is a capacity building collaborative effort. For organizations with an existing counseling capacity, we work directly with your staff and for your organization in providing service and training. This training is on site and person to person. We bring expertise in counseling, managing counseling, data systems and integration and links to the ever changing world of specialized lender loan programs. In organizations that do not provide such services we support your creation of in-house counseling without the expensive start up costs of creating a system. We bring the system to you.

In organizations which already provide counseling, your capacity will increase. You will be able to see more prospective homeowners and increase your outputs and improve your systems. Our counselors work for your organization and the clients served are your clients. The counseled clients, their status and outcomes are reportable to your funders. This effort will allow your organization to reach and teach their current and expanded clientele in a more effective way and reach targeted neighborhoods on a grassroots level that you are not currently able to support. We support government initiatives in targeted communities. We increase the efficiency of housing counseling from intake to post-closing for new and existing homeowners. We support government and private initiatives in targeted communities in support of these efforts.

ALL AHEAD works with government and private agencies that provide capital grants which can be used to make Community Seconds types of loans (non-payment and/or deferred) to individuals and families in support of homeownership to lower income individuals and families. We also assist in the creation of specialized amortizing second mortgages which can be used to fill "Gaps" and make homeownership affordable to low income, special needs and other populations.

ALL AHEAD's ultimate objective is to provide prepared, responsible homeowners while building strong community partnerships.

By way of example, and not of limitation, the purpose of the corporation is to further and carry out charitable objectives and purposes within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, to provide a comprehensive housing counseling program to advance homeownership opportunities, to provide a comprehensive counseling program for senior citizens to explore alternatives which enhance homeownership, to provide support and training services to non-profit community organizations and for profit companies providing equal access to all.
